As from 1st October 2018 extra appointments are being provided in the evening and at weekends across Doncaster. The service is an extension of your GP practice and offers routine and same day appointments with a range of clinicians including GPs, Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals.
When using the service, you may not see your usual doctor, but they do employ clinicians from local practices where possible.
With your consent, their clinicians will be able to access your healthcare record to ensure they can offer the right treatment for you, and prescribe medication or refer you for further treatment if necessary.
These appointments are run by Primary Care Doncaster Limited and are offered from the following locations:
- The Lakeside Practice, Askern, DN6 0HZ
- Tickhill and Colliery Medical Practice, Tickhill, DN11 9NA
- Conisbrough Group Practice, Conisbrough, DN12 3JW
- Thorne Moor Medical Practice, Thorne, DN8 4BQ
- Same Day Health Centre, Town Centre, DN1 2DJ
