Named Doctor for all registered patients
All patients who are registered at the practice have been allocated a named Doctor who is responsible for co-ordinating your care. This includes children and patients aged 75 and over.
You can still make appointments to see any Doctor or Nurse at the practice.
If you express a preference to us as to which Doctor you would like as your named Doctor we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
If you would like to know who your named Doctor is please ask one of our Receptionists.
